Buying Catalogues

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for catalogues on this website. You are deemed to have accepted these terms if you proceed to make an order.

Product Description

Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions and specifications.

Payment and Confirmation of Order

The Public Catalogue Foundation cannot process your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment in full includes payment for postage and packaging where appropriate. You may pay for the order on line using the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, Electron, Switch/Maestro and Solo using HSBC Secure e-payments. Alternatively, you may create an order on-line and complete it by posting the order with your credit/debit card details or a cheque payable to The Public Catalogue Foundation.

Where you pay for an order on line using a credit card or debit card you should print out the order confirmation for your records.

If The Public Catalogue Foundation encounters difficulties receiving payment from you we will telephone you, email you or write to you.

Products are subject to availability.

Delivery

Our intention is to deliver products to UK clients within 21 days of receiving your order. If you do not receive the goods within this time please ring The Public Catalogue Foundation - Orders on 020 7395 0332. Our staff will endeavour to help trace your order.

Order Cancellation and Amendments

Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make amendments to the address or items ordered. However, once an order has been delivered, you are entitled to return the order at your own expense in its original packaging and condition and claim a refund. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of the order. Subject to the catalogue being in re-saleable condition you will receive a refund within 21 days of our receiving the returned catalogue.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

All catalogues that are dispatched are shrink-wrapped in cellophane and boxed in individual cartons. If, despite this, the catalogue appears to be damaged or faulty, please ring The Public Catalogue Foundation - Orders on 020 7395 0332 within 14 days of receipt of the package and we will try to exchange the catalogue as soon as possible.
